Got Something to Say? Step Up to the Mic

Spotted a wrong number, a glitchy result, or a topic we haven't touched? Contact us. Every message goes straight to Shaw, the lifter behind OneRepMaxLab, and each one helps make the site sharper for the next person under the bar.

Three Good Reasons to Write

Something Reads Wrong

A formula credited to the wrong researcher, a percentage that doesn't match the chart, a program described the wrong way round? Send the page link and point to the exact line. Verified fixes go live and get marked on the page.

The Calculator Misbehaves

A strange result, a layout that breaks on your screen, or a feature you wish existed. Tell us your device, your browser, what you entered, what you saw and what you expected to see.

You Have a Topic in Mind

Know a gap in our guides? Formula face-offs, rep-range questions and lift-specific breakdowns that serve experienced lifters and coaches are the ideas most likely to make the publishing list.

How to Contact OneRepMaxLab

If something looks off in your result, you spotted a mistake in a guide, or you want a new feature, we'd like to hear from you. Every message is read by a real lifter, not a bot. The form below takes about a minute to fill in, and the more detail you give, the faster we can help.

What to Include in Your Message

  • Your Name and Email Address: We use these only to reply to you. Please double-check your email so our answer doesn't bounce.
  • What Is This About?: Pick the closest topic, such as a calculator problem, a bug, a feature idea, an article correction, or a collaboration. This sends your message to the right place.
  • Page Link (if it applies): Paste the page where you saw the problem. It saves us from guessing which page you mean.
  • Device and Browser: This helps with calculator issues. Something like "iPhone 14, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome" is enough, since a result can behave differently on different devices.
  • Your Message: Tell us what you found, where you found it, and what should change. If a result looks wrong, include the weight, reps, and formula you used so we can repeat it.

If a formula or percentage looks wrong, please cite your source. We cross-check every report against published research from the National Strength and Conditioning Association before we update the calculator.

What Happens After You Send It

Once you press "Send to the Lab", your message reaches us right away. We reply within 1-2 business days, usually sooner. If your message is about a bug, we'll tell you when it's fixed. If it's a suggestion, we'll let you know whether it's going on our list.

Before You Write to Us

Many common questions are already answered on the site. The calculator's how-to-use guide explains each function, and the FAQ covers formulas, RPE, warm-up ramps, and downloading your result card. If you can't find your answer there, contact OneRepMaxLab and we'll help.
